Don't wait, order your CableCARD today.
Order a CableCARD™ (M-Card). You can often pick one up at the local cable service center or have the technician bring one to you for a small service fee. The FCC requires cable companies to provide CableCARDs.
- Connect the cables and setup your TiVo.
- Install the card by inserting it in the rear CableCARD slot with the label facing up.
- Activate the card by calling the cable company and telling them you want to activate and pair the CableCARD with your TiVo. If the cable technician is present, they will make the call for you.
- Test your channels and complete Guided Set up.
Note: If you have problems with your cable company issuing CableCARDs, call our Technical Support at 1-877-367-8486 and we will perform a 3-way call with your cable company.
